This Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding purchases of digital items and services on YOUcs.

Coin Purchases Are Non-Refundable

All purchases of digital coins are final and non-refundable. Once coins have been purchased and credited to your account, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for cash or credit, except as may be required by applicable law.

We do not provide refunds or credits for any of the following cases:

  • Partially used coin packs
  • Accidental purchases
  • Dissatisfaction with the service
  • Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms & Conditions

By completing a coin purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable policy.

Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged in error or there is a duplicate charge on your account, please contact our support team immediately. To request a review of a billing error:

  2. Provide your transaction ID and a detailed description of the potential error.
  3. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days.
  4. If a billing error is confirmed, we will issue a refund for the erroneous amount to your original payment method.
