Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using YOUcs (the "App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

License & Usage

YOUcs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Not use the App to infringe on others' rights
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account

Payments & Subscriptions

When purchasing coins or subscriptions:

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Coins are non-transferable and hold no cash value
• Unused coins do not expire unless your account is closed
• Custom pricing plans may be arranged by contacting us directly

User Content and Data

By using the App, you grant YOUcs a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, analyze, and process all data and content you submit, including audio recordings and communications ("User Content"). This permission is for the purpose of:

• Operating, providing, and personalizing the App's services.
• Analyzing your performance and providing you with feedback.
• Improving our AI models, features, and the overall service.
• Developing new technologies and services.
• Using anonymized data for research and business purposes.

You retain ownership of your User Content. We will not share personally identifiable User Content with third parties for their marketing purposes without your consent, except as noted in our Privacy Policy.

Limitations of Service

YOUcs is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific results or score improvements
• Compatibility with all devices or platforms
• That the App will meet all your requirements

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YOUcs shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Issues arising from third-party services

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms & Conditions
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Misuse the App or its features

Changes to Terms

YOUcs reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
